Formål
Denne taxikørselssalgsaftale (“Aftalen”) fastsætter vilkår og betingelser for salg af taxiydelser fra Selskabet, et autoriseret bestillingskontor i Danmark, til den person, der bestiller taxiydelser via Bolt-platformen (“Kunden”), i overensstemmelse med Bolt-platformens vilkår for Taxi Taxa Syd-kunder, tilgængelige på (https://bolt.eu/en-dk/legal/tnc-taxi-service/?category=rides) (“Bolt-platformens vilkår”).
Taxiydelserne udføres på vegne af Selskabet af personer og enheder tilknyttet Selskabet som bestillingskontor (“Chauffører”) i henhold til taxiloven.
Ikrafttræden
Aftalen anses for indgået, når en kundes anmodning om taxiydelse accepteres af en chauffør via Bolt-platformen.
Booking og Udførelse
Denne aftale gælder udelukkende, når kunden modtager en Taxa Syd-taxiydelse via Bolt-platformen. Taxa Syd-taxiydelser bestilt gennem andre kanaler er omfattet af vilkårene på Selskabets hjemmeside: https://taxasyd/salgsaftale-taxasyd.
Selskabet forpligter sig til at levere taxiydelser fra det aftalte afhentningssted til den angivne destination via Bolt-platformen, i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning, sikkerhedsstandarder og interne retningslinjer.
Alle køretøjer, der anvendes til levering af taxiydelser, er tilknyttet Selskabet, behørigt godkendt, forsikret og udstyret i henhold til taxilovens krav. Køretøjerne opfylder alle relevante krav til kvalitet, sikkerhed og service.
Pris og Betaling
Den estimerede pris for taxiydelserne (“Prisen”) samt eventuelle tillægsgebyrer (f.eks. betalingsbroer, trængselszoner eller parkeringsgebyrer i lufthavne, hvis relevant) vises for kunden i Bolt-platformen ved bestilling. Den endelige pris samt eventuelle tillægsgebyrer beregnes ud fra ruten og de faktiske forhold under kørslen.
Prisen er baseret på takster fastsat af Selskabet og findes på Selskabets hjemmeside: https://taxasyd.dk/priser. Den endelige pris kan variere på grund af:
– Ændringer i destinationen under kørslen
– Trafikale forhold, der medfører forsinkelser
– Andre uforudsete forhold, som påvirker taxiydelsen.
Betaling sker udelukkende via Bolt-platformen. Det er ikke muligt at betale med kreditkort, MobilePay eller kontanter i bilen.
Bolt opkræver priser, tillægsgebyrer, afbestillingsgebyrer, rengøringsgebyrer og øvrige gebyrer på vegne af Selskabet som Selskabets autoriserede kommercielle agent, og udsteder elektroniske kvitteringer på vegne af Selskabet, når taxiydelsen er udført eller ophører af anden grund.
Afbestillings- og Rengøringsgebyrer
Selskabet bestræber sig på at sikre rettidig afhentning af kunden, men er ikke ansvarlig for forsinkelser forårsaget af trafik, vejr eller uforudsete omstændigheder. Kunden kan afbestille gratis inden for to (2) minutter efter chaufførens accept. Afbestillinger efter dette tidspunkt eller manglende fremmøde medfører et afbestillingsgebyr på halvtreds (50) DKK eller højere, hvis angivet i Bolt-platformen på tidspunktet for kundens bestilling.
Et rengøringsgebyr kan opkræves, hvis køretøjet tilsmudses i en grad, der kræver rengøring. Gebyret fastsættes af Selskabet fra sag til sag, baseret på skadens omfang og rengøringsbehovet. Beløbet kan også være angivet i Bolt-platformen.
Opførsel
Kunden skal udvise respektfuld adfærd under hele taxituren. Chauffører kan nægte at gennemføre taxiydelsen på vegne af Selskabet i tilfælde af truende, upassende eller anden uacceptabel opførsel. I sådanne tilfælde forbeholder Selskabet sig retten til ikke at sende en ny chauffør. Diskriminerende adfærd – herunder valg eller afvisning af chauffører baseret på etnicitet, religion eller andre beskyttede karakteristika – er strengt forbudt.
Ansvar
Selskabet er ansvarlig for, at de anvendte køretøjer til levering af taxiydelsen er sikre og forsikrede i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning.
Selskabet er ikke ansvarligt for tabte genstande i køretøjet, men vil gøre en rimelig indsats for at hjælpe med at finde dem, uden garanti for, at de kan genfindes.
Kunden er ansvarlig for at benytte taxiydelsen i overensstemmelse med gældende lovgivning og for at sikre, at oplysninger afgivet via Bolt-platformen (f.eks. afhentningssted, betalingsoplysninger) er korrekte.

Klager og Tvister
Klager vedrørende denne aftale skal i første omgang sendes til Selskabet som bestillingskontor via denmark@bolt.eu. For god ordens skyld yder Bolt kundeservice på vegne af Selskabet i henhold til de aftalte vilkår mellem Bolt og Selskabet.
Hvis en klage ikke løses mindeligt, kan kunden eskalere sagen til Klagenævnet for Taxi i henhold til proceduren på https://taxiklage.dk. Før en klage kan indbringes for nævnet, skal kunden først kontakte bestillingskontoret.
Lovvalg og Værneting
Denne aftale er underlagt og skal fortolkes i overensstemmelse med dansk ret og er underlagt de danske domstoles jurisdiktion.

(hereinafter referred to as the “Company”) And:
The Customer
Purpose
This Taxi Service Sales Agreement (the “Agreement”) sets out the terms and conditions for the sale of taxi services by the Company, a licensed dispatch center in Denmark, to the individual who orders the taxi services through the Bolt Platform (the “Customer”), in accordance with the Bolt Platform Terms for Taxi 4×27 Customers available at (https://bolt.eu/en-dk/legal/tnc-taxi-service/?category=rides) (the “Bolt Platform Terms”).
Taxi services are fulfilled on behalf of the Company by individuals and entities affiliated with the Company as a dispatch center (“Drivers”) in accordance with the Danish Taxi Act.
Entry into Force
The Agreement is deemed concluded when a customer’s taxi service order request is accepted by a Driver via the Bolt Platform.
Booking and Performance
This Agreement applies exclusively when the Customer receives a Taxi Taxa Syd taxi service via the Bolt Platform. Taxa Syd taxi services ordered through other channels are governed by the terms available on the Company’s website at https://taxasyd/salgsaftale-taxasyd.
The Company undertakes to provide taxi services from the agreed pick-up point to the destination indicated via the Bolt Platform, in accordance with applicable laws, safety standards, and the Company’s internal guidelines.
All vehicles used for the provision of taxi services are affiliated with the Company, duly licensed, insured, and equipped per Danish Taxi Act requirements. The vehicles fulfil all relevant quality, safety, and service requirements.
Fare and Payment
The estimated price for the taxi services (the “Fare”), together with any additional charges (e.g., toll bridges, congestion zones, or airport parking fees, if applicable), is displayed to the Customer in the Bolt Platform at the time of ordering the taxi service. The final Fare, together with any additional charges applicable, is calculated based on the route and actual conditions during the taxi service.
The Fare is based on tariffs set by the Company and is available on the Company’s website at https://taxasyd.dk/priser. The final Fare may vary due to factors such as:
changes in the destination during the ride that incur additional charges;
traffic conditions causing delays;
other unforeseen factors that may impact the taxi service.
Payment is made exclusively via the Bolt Platform. It is not possible to pay by credit card, mobilepay, or cash in the vehicle.
Bolt, acting as the Company’s authorized commercial agent, collects Fares, any additional charges, cancellation fees, cleaning fees, and any other applicable charges on behalf of the Company, and issues electronic receipts on behalf of the Company when the Company’s taxi services ordered via the Bolt Platform are provided or otherwise come to an end for any reason.
Cancellation and Cleaning Fees
The Company will endeavor to ensure timely pick-up of Customer but is not responsible for delays due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. The Customer may cancel a request free of charge within two (2) minutes of Driver acceptance. Cancellations after that period or no-shows are subject to a cancellation fee of fifty (50) DKK or higher, if displayed in the Bolt Platform at the time of the Customer’s request.
A cleaning fee may apply to the Customer if, during the taxi services, the vehicle is soiled to the extent that it requires cleaning. The cleaning fee is determined by the Company on a case-by-case basis, considering the extent of the damage and the necessary cleaning work. The amount may also be displayed in the Bolt Platform.
Behavior
The Customer must behave respectfully throughout the taxi journey. Drivers may refuse to fulfil the taxi service on behalf of the Company in the event of threatening, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable conduct. In such cases, the Company reserves the right not to dispatch a replacement, Driver. Discriminatory behavior – including the selection or rejection of Drivers based on ethnicity, religious beliefs, or other protected characteristics – is strictly prohibited.
Liability
The Company is responsible for ensuring that vehicles used for the provision of taxi services are safe and insured, in accordance with applicable laws.
The Company is not responsible for losing property in the vehicle but will make reasonable efforts to assist in locating it, without guaranteeing that it can be recovered.
The Customer is responsible for using the taxi service in accordance with applicable legislation and for ensuring that all information submitted through the Bolt Platform (e.g., pick-up location, payment details) is accurate.

Complaints and Disputes
Complaints regarding this Agreement shall initially be submitted to the Company as a dispatch center via denmark@bolt.eu. For the avoidance of doubt, Bolt provides customer support services on behalf of the Company in accordance with the terms agreed between the Company and Bolt.
If a complaint is not resolved amicably, the Customer may escalate it to the Taxi Complaints Board (Klagenævnet for Taxi) in accordance with their procedures at https://taxiklage.dk. Before bringing a complaint to the Taxi Complaints Board, the Customer must first contact the dispatch center to present the case.
Governing Law
This Agreement shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Denmark and shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Denmark.
